We believe guided diving in Maldives should feel personal, safe, relaxed, and enjoyable. The Maldives offers incredible reefs, sharks, rays, turtles, mantas, whale sharks, wrecks, and colourful marine life, but conditions can change from one site to another. Having an experienced local guide with you helps you enjoy the dive with confidence while following the safest plan for the day.
Our usual maximum ratio is four divers per guide. Keeping groups small means your guide can give more attention to every diver, monitor the group carefully, adjust the pace when needed, and help you get the best experience underwater.
Before every dive, your guide will provide a clear briefing.
During the dive, your guide will lead the route, manage the group, check conditions, and point out interesting marine life that you might otherwise miss. They will help you with buoyancy, positioning, currents, photography opportunities, and any questions you may have. Our goal is for you to feel supported without taking away the enjoyment and freedom of exploring.
Safety is always our first priority. We keep groups small, plan conservatively, and make sure every diver understands the plan before entering the water. With Max Divers, you will always have a qualified guide with you.
