Totally normal, our team is highly experienced in helping divers build confidence and manage stress. Scuba diving is generally considered a low-risk activity compared to many other outdoor sports. Still, it does come with inherent risks that can be managed through proper training and preparation, provided you follow the training and dive within limits. We keep groups small, brief you clearly, and use well

For full certification, you must be able to swim and be comfortable in water. For a one-day Discover Scuba (intro), you don’t need to be a strong swimmer; we start in shallow water, and a pro stays beside you the whole time. A certified swimming instructor is also available on-site if you are interested in taking lessons.
