Do you teach in English/German?
Yes, primary languages are English, German/other languages on request, based on instructor availability.
Do you run private charters or full-day safaris?
Yes, on request. Great for families or groups wanting custom routes, beach BBQs, or 3-tank days to farther reefs.
Can I store my personal gear at the center?
Yes, we provide a secure, ventilated gear room and drying racks. Rinse tanks are available after each trip.
What payment methods do you accept?
USD/EURO cash is accepted at the center. Some local services may prefer cash; ATMs are limited on small islands.
Do you support eco-friendly diving?
Absolutely, no touching/feeding, perfect buoyancy, and regular reef clean-ups. We brief eco codes before diving.
How do you group divers by experience?
On the first day, we conduct a check dive for all our packages. This allows divers to assess their own comfort and skills while we evaluate experience levels and group everyone accordingly for the best and safest diving experience.
What should I bring for a diving day?
Swimwear, sunscreen (reef safe), a towel, water bottle, certification card/logbook, and any personal meds. We provide the rest.
Do you offer underwater photography support?
Yes, we offer professional photo and video services for an additional charge. We also rent a GoPro.
Can my non-diving partner join the boat?
Yes, snorkelers/ride-alongs are welcome if space allows (small fee). Many sites have shallow reef tops ideal for snorkeling.
