Yes, Nitrox diving in Maldives is available at Max Divers. We offer Enriched Air Nitrox for certified Nitrox divers who would like to use it during their dives. Nitrox is a popular choice for divers planning several dives over multiple days, especially on a Maldives diving holiday.
Enriched Air Nitrox contains a higher percentage of oxygen than normal air. When used correctly and within the limits of your certification, it can reduce nitrogen loading compared with air at the same depth. This can be helpful for repetitive diving and for divers who want to enjoy a more comfortable and conservative diving schedule.
Before every Nitrox dive, our team checks the gas mix with you and makes sure you understand the maximum operating depth and the plan for that dive. You will analyse your own cylinder, confirm the oxygen percentage, and set your personal dive computer correctly. Safe diving always comes first, so our guides will help you select the best option for the dive site, conditions, and your experience.
