Course Objective

Every diver should learn how to manage themselves and their team in an emergency situation, and how to respond effectively if an accident occurs until professional EMS arrives.

That is exactly what this course is about.

You will learn essential emergency response skills, how to assist your buddy or team member, and how to manage the situation safely and effectively until professional medical help takes over.

Prerequisites

  • Advanced Open Water Diver
  • 15 years old

In our philosophy, every diver should reach at least this level. Diving is not only about taking care of yourself it’s about being able to protect and support those around you. In T3 , you will learn how to manage yourself, assist your dive team, and respond effectively in emergency situations, both underwater and on the surface. By the end of this stage, you won’t just be a better diver you’ll become the kind of dive buddy everyone is happy to have beside them, because they know they are diving with a trained Rescue Diver who is prepared, confident, and ready to help when it matters most.
